Meet the New Ducati Multistrada V4
The latest addition to the Ducati line-up promises to rewrite the rules of riding.
Since its release in 2003, Multistrada has become an icon within the Ducati family. While Ducati is renowned for offering high performance bikes, the Multistrada goes one step further.
To this day, over 100,000 bikes have been sold and each generation continues to introduce new market-leading technologies.
With the imminent arrival of the 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4, we’re taking a closer look at the new model and what you can expect.
Ducati Multistrada V4 performance
The Multistrada V4 is powered by a 1158cc V4 Granturismo engine that offers a maximum power output of 170hp. Enjoy an exciting ride, whatever the journey – thanks to its agility and responsiveness.
While power is enhanced compared to previous models, consumption is reduced. Carrying the Euro 5+ seal of approval, the Granturismo V4 engine lowers emissions and fuel consumption by up to 6%.
This is all down to the rear bank extended deactivation strategy. When you are riding at low speeds or stationery, the two rear cylinders are deactivated. They will then be reactivated when speed increases.
Carefully calibrated gear ratios also make for a smooth and controlled ride.

Ducati Multistrada V4 technology

While blind spot detection alerts you to any potential hazards that might not be in your view. You can also add optional rear fog lights to enhance visibility for any vehicles travelling behind you.
