471cc parallel twin has been reintroduced to the model and it's a welcome addition. Pushing a 46bhp at 8,500rpm gives the nimble 192kg wet-weight body an energetic spring in its step. Plus, plenty of character.

Showa 41mm RWU forks, and twin Showa rear shocks give a great riding feel. They also ensure the Dunlop Trailmax Mixtour tyres never leave the road. The classic sit-up-and-beg riding position is a great all-rounder for everyone.

Offering up to 78mpg, the Honda CL500 pushes up to 206 miles. And with the lightweight and compact 12 litre fuel tank, you won't carry more weight than you need to.
