DesertX family
Available in the DesertX range is the DesertX Discovery, DesertX, and DesertX Rally. Whichever model you choose, get adventure ready and saddle up for a thrilling ride both on and off road.
All round protection
The touring windscreen on the DesertX Discovery protects you from the elements to eliminate driver fatigue. Enjoy the ride safely in even the toughest conditions including wind or debris.
Designed for off-road performance
The DesertX performs just as well off road, as it does on the road. It’s equipped with the latest generation of the 937 cc Testastretta 11° and 11kg lighter than the previous engine. As well as a new gear ratio to provide maximum performance.
Choose how you ride
You can tailor you ride with six riding modes including two dedicated off-road modes – Enduro and Rally. Other modes include Sport, Touring, Urban, and Wet.
Ready for any challenge
Every design element of the DesertX is designed to withstand even the toughest conditions. Features include a 21” front and 18” rear wheel, and long stroke suspension. There’s also a generous 250mm of ground clearance.
Advanced technology
As you’d expect with any Ducati bike, the DesertX boasts the latest technology to make every ride safe and enjoyable. The DesertX Discovery features Turn-by-Turn navigation as standard. While cornering ABS is standard on all bikes with three different settings.
Unlimited mileage warranty
All new Ducati bikes come with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. The comprehensive warranty is worldwide, so you are covered wherever you are riding. At the end of the warranty period, you can extend it by a further two years with Ever Red.
Specs and equipment
As standard there’s a 21 litre fuel tank with an additional rear tank to increase the capacity by an extra 8 litres. When your fuel tank reaches below a set level, you can transfer fuel from the rear tank to the main tank via a dashboard control.
